Continuous Development and Research
The world of technology and science is in a continuous development and change through its new and technological inventions it offers to humanity with its ever-changing and developing feature. The ability of our country to produce technology is one of the biggest factors that makes us strong in our competition with other countries.
Research and Development, or shortly R&D, is defined as the regular studies carried out to obtain new information to enable the development of science and technology, or to produce new materials, products and tools with existing information, to create new systems, processes and services, or to improve existing ones.
R&D includes creative works based on a systematic basis to increase the knowledge of the person, society and culture and to use this accumulated knowledge for new applications. The basis of R&D is science and knowledge. This includes ideas, thought, effort, time, observation and experiment. R&D is a unit that has efforts at many points, from the entry of the raw material to the factory and the use of the final product by the buyer.
In this context, Doğrular adopts that R&D constitutes an important unit in a business, and makes its investments and provides supports accordingly. Competing with companies serving in the same sector is becoming increasingly difficult with aware consumers and rising standards. Launching more different, more technological, more ergonomic products is closely related to the structure of R&D to be open for improvement and development.
In Doğrular, this is ensured by the collaboration of R&D, especially with marketing and other units. Marketers take into account the satisfaction, requests, and complaints of consumers about the product they use, and the ideas created after a general market check enable the creation of very different products by R&D.
Since the machine, mold and equipment are made in-house, the design of the machine and mold according to the determined product is again based on the skill of R&D of Doğrular. The efficiency of the machine, power saving, its effect on quality, applicability to production, speed and automation are evaluated by R&D. After the necessary drawings are prepared, the production phase begins. Or improvements are applied on the existing machine.
